When you purchase a "Custom Order Deposit" listing - we will send a questionnaire to your email. Please include as much detail as you can in the questionnaire. We will then design options for you to choose from.
We ship all throughout the world! Canadian shipping varies between $20-$35 depending on size. Please contact us before purchasing a custom listing if you are in located in the USA, Europe or Asia.
We will redesign your inspiration. We won't copy someones work.
Our current turn around time is around 4-5 weeks (but is usually ready before 4 weeks).
Our items do come ready to hang. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur when hanging our pieces.
We mostly make our pieces out of MDF, pine or veneer plywood.
Prior to 2020, we offered outdoor-proof signs for cottages and camps. However, since it's so difficult to predict damages that can occur due to changes in weather, we are no longer weatherizing our signs. If you are still looking at this option, please purchase the "Painted Signs" and choose an appropriate varnish/sealer to weatherize your sign upon delivery. We are not responsible for damages that may happen due to weather.
Unfortunately, no. I am a solo maker and my time is very limited.
To give some perspective, I receive anywhere from 75-100 requests for customs via DM, email and website messages per month. It would be impossible for me to schedule all the requests (and future requests) for signs. I would be able to schedule custom orders for a year in advance easily.
I have clients who have been waiting for months already for a custom - that's why it has to be first come first served.
Due to our busy schedule, we find that email communication is more efficient for us. Additionally, we prioritize our privacy and therefore do not share our phone number with anyone. Rest assured that we are committed to providing prompt and professional support via email and will ensure that all of your needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
We have pre-determined prices for all of our sign options. However, understanding your budget can allow us to explore additional possibilities that may better suit your needs or preferences. By sharing your budget with us, we can collaborate more effectively to create a customized solution that meets both your financial and creative requirements. It's important to note that discussing your budget does not mean we will raise prices, but rather it allows us to better understand your needs and provide the most appropriate recommendations.

Let us know ASAP. Please send us clear pictures of the damage and the box. Most of our pieces are sent with shipping insurance and we'll need to complete a report on our end in order to receive a refund. In the meantime, we'll try to make everything smooth for you by either providing you a full refund, or remaking the piece.
Our custom spots open on the 1st of every month (with some exceptions) at 9am sharp, and usually sell out within minutes.

While we do try our best to recreate our original pieces, there might be slight variations. Although we do try to purchase the best looking wood, we can't control dents, knots or scratches.
